Here we have a used General Electric current transformer and ammeter
.  This unit was removed from a piece of industrial switchgear that we dismantled.  It was in working condition when it was taken out of service.
The ring type current transformer has a 2000 to 5 amp ratio.  It is designed for use on a 50 or 60 cycle system up to 600 volts.  The nameplate says Type LVF, Model RBH.  It measures about 8-1/4" outside diameter, 3-1/4" high, and about 6" inside diameter.  It has a set of stainless steel mounting tabs.
The ammeter face measures about 4-1/4" square.  It mounts in a 4" round hole and has a threaded mounting stud on each corner.  The entire meter measures about 4-1/2" deep, including the wire terminal studs on the rear.  The nameplate data says Type AB-30, Catalog Number 50-105141-LSVE2.  Full scale is 5 amps.  CT Ratio is 400:1.  It is designed for use on a 40 to 70 cycle range.  The meter face reads in A-C Kiloamps from 0 to 2.
