Stearns 105602200BBF Brake.
Unsure of history on this unit was in a local electrical repair shop that went out of business it seems complete but I’m no expert in these most all of it appears to have never been used but the last piece but I don’t know how to inspect them it looks like it had made contact with the brake pad but it didn’t see much service
